- 1-14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 C. lime juice
- grated lime peel (optional)
- 1/2 C. whipping cream
- 3 oz. sour cream
- 3 1/4 oz. cream cheese
- 2 T. sugar
- 1-9" graham cracker crust (or 15-3" crusts)
- egg whites

- Refrigerate all of the ingredients beforehand.

- If using grated limes peel, be sure to grate just the surface. Grating
- deeper will produce a bitter taste in the pie.

- Brush crust with egg whites. Bake in 300 deg. over for 10 min and cool.

- Combine and whip cream cheese, sour cream and sugar.
- Mix 3-5 minutes till fluffy.

- Add condensed mikeand whipping cream. Whip for additional 2-3 min.

- Add lime juice and optional grated lime rind.

- Pour into cooled pie shell and refrigerate overnight.

- Serve with optional whipped cream garnished with grated lime rind.
